Riyadh – Mubasher: Professional Medical Expertise Company (ProMedEx) has submitted a formal application to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to increase its capital through a rights issue offering, according to a bourse filing.

The submission was made on 30 June 2026, aiming to seek regulatory approval to raise SAR 70 million in new capital, according to a bourse disclosure.

The filing follows a previous recommendation by the company’s board of directors announced on 1 October 2025.

Meanwhile, this move is part of the company's strategic plan to strengthen its financial position and support its operational objectives.

The company confirmed it will disclose any further material developments regarding the capital increase process as they occur.

The offering remains subject to final approval from the CMA and the company's extraordinary general assembly.
